Refundable Deposit Payment Page
Dear Peace Village Festival Volunteer,
Thank you for filling out our Volunteer Work-Trade Application, and congratulations on being accepted to be part of our Volunteer Team!
Please pay your deposit here. You can pay using PayPal or Credit Card or Debit Card.
• If you are volunteering for 3 or 4 shifts, your refundable deposit is $95.00 + a $5.00 fee which covers the payment processing fee. So you will pay $100 now, and receive $95 back after fulfilling your volunteer commitment.
• If you are volunteering for 1 or 2 shifts, your refundable deposit is $45.00 + a $5.00 fee which covers the payment processing fee. So you will pay $50 now, and receive $45 back after fulfilling your volunteer commitment.
There are 2 “Buy Now” payment buttons below: 1 for $100.00 (for 3 or 4 shifts) and 1 for $50.00 (for 1 or 2 shifts).
Click the appropriate “Buy Now” payment button for your deposit: either $100.00 or $50.00. Fill out the info in the short form that opens and click Pay Now.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will need to open a free PayPal account online first, but you will still be able to pay with a credit card or debit card. You just need to have a free PayPal account to submit your payment.

Well, that’s it… except for the Festival!
Be sure to fulfill your volunteer commitment: arrive on time for all your shifts and follow your team leader’s guidance for your work trade, hopefully with a smile and enjoyment.
Deposit Refunds: After the festival, our volunteer coordinator will send our accounting manager a list of all volunteers who paid deposits with a checkmark for each one who fulfilled their commitment… and a note for any who did not. As long as you fulfilled your commitment, you are golden, and you will receive a refund for your deposit, paid directly to the PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card that was used to pay your deposit. Anyone who did not fulfill their commitment will not receive a deposit. Remember that the $5.00 non-refundable processing fee will not be refunded, so if you paid a $100 deposit and fulfill your commitment, you will receive a $95.00 refund, and if you paid a $50 deposit and fulfill your commitment, you will receive a $45.00 refund.
We will send out refunds within a week after the end of the festival (by July 2nd). If you paid using your PayPal account, you should see the deposit in your account quickly, within a day or so (by July 3rd, or so). If you paid using a credit or debit card, it will probably take up to a week longer (by July 9th, or so), as some banks are slower with processing their refunds
