Wellness Faire

The Wellness Faire showcases Natural Health Practitioners, Modalities, and Products and also offers free Presentations, Demonstrations, Music, and Sound Healing Ceremonies.

In August, the monthly Wellness Faire at Jackson WellSprings is collaborating with Peace Village Festival and offering an expanded 3-day outdoor Wellness Faire in the beautiful back meadow at Jackson WellSprings (accessed from West Jackson Rd). The Wellness Faire gives the community access to an assortment of healers, intuitive readers, and natural health practitioners, as well as wellness products, all in one convenient location. The next Wellness Faire will take place for 3 days, from August 17th – 19th. Admission is free, and mini-sessions are just $20.00 for twenty minutes from the practitioner of your choice. Longer sessions are also available. Consider the Wellness Faire to be a regional Wellness Smorgasbord, where you can sample from a wide variety of select practitioners from Mount Shasta and the Rogue Valley — all in one convenient location — and find your next healer or intuitive reader. This simplifies the process of “shopping for a healer” and makes it much less costly, by letting you receive 4 or 5 mini-sessions for the price of one full treatment. This event also takes place the second Saturday of each month, starting in September.

There will be wellness products for sale as well, to enhance your health and wellbeing: herbal tonics, flower essences, natural skin creams, sacred altar objects, crystals, and much more. Remember to bring cash, as this is a credit card-free zone. Andy’s Organics will have farm-fresh lunch available, as well as their organic ginger-turmeric herbal kombucha tonic and other nutrient-dense organic foods. There will also be homemade sodas and natural desserts. Each faire is unique with different practitioners and products being showcased.

The August 3-day expanded Wellness Faire will take place outdoors on the lawn, in a beautiful dome provided by Pacific Domes and under other shade structures. There will be added practitioners, wellness products, live ambient music, and sound healing ceremonies, as well presentations on wellness topics, and demonstrations of yoga and martial arts. Hours for this expanded event are from 4pm-8pm on Friday and from 2pm-8pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

While at the Wellness Faire you may also want to soak in the healing waters of Jackson WellSprings. Their facilities include a hot mineral pool and an Olympic size swimming pool, as well as a sauna and steam room.
